2026 Assessments
2026 Notices of Assessed Value will be mailed out on May 22, 2026. These values will also be available to view on the City’s property search tool website on May 22.

| May 22 | 2026 Notice of Assessment Letters mailed. |
| May 26 - June 10 | Open Book Review period. |
| June 15 at 2:00 PM | Deadline to file a formal Objection to Real Property Assessment. |
| June 17 at 2:00 PM | Board of Review Begins. |
