Substance Use

Substance Use is a priority in Wauwatosa’s 2023-2027 Community Health Improvement Plan (CHIP). Our efforts include prevention and risk reduction for substance use and improving access to treatment and recovery services.

Our substance use program provides:

  • Overdose prevention and education
  • Harm reduction kits including Narcan and fentanyl test strips
  • Support for family members and friends

If you or someone you know needs assistance with substance use, contact Hannah Gumina, substance use specialist, at (414) 831-5542 or [email protected].
