Please contact our Housing Rehabilitation Specialist to learn if your household is eligible for this program. Household income can not exceed 80% of Area Median Income, as published by the Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Conditions
Interest rate: 0%. Repayment is deferred while the recipient owns and occupies the property.
Loan approval is contingent upon a number of factors including:
- Income eligibility
- Equity in the property
- Credit score
- Type of work to be completed
How to apply
A rehabilitation specialist will inspect the property, write a scope of work, and help owners get bids from contractors.
